Make sure you use natural based supplements and not from Wal-mart. I have a source I use for all my supplements and more. Plus I make money by sharing the products with others.

I have been suing their products for 6 months and have never felt better. I can actually feel the difference. My kids take them too and I don't have to worry about what fillers are used in the products.

Take basic multi-vitamin with a meal. Don't pop the mega-vitamins. Some vitamins are fat soluble so when you eat them with food you get more from the vitamin.

Some vitamins and minerals are toxic in high doses, like vitamin A and E and iron which can harm you. A recent study showed large A vitamin doses shortened the lives of the women in the a study.

Centrum is the best i have found so far. Everything from A to Z. Hope they work well for you. LOL.
