I ALWAYS want to eat, and not even because I'm hungry. I'll eat because I'm bored, because I'm craving something, because I'm going to watch tv, etc. I'm not overweight (5'4" and 117 pounds), but I have put on about 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks by constantly eating like this. It's like all I can think about is food, and if I tell myself I can't eat, then eating is all I think about! How can I learn to control myself better???
