I ALWAYS want to eat, and not even because I'm hungry. I'll eat because I'm bored, because I'm craving something, because I'm going to watch tv, etc. I'm not overweight (5'4" and 117 pounds), but I have put on about 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks by constantly eating like this. It's like all I can think about is food, and if I tell myself I can't eat, then eating is all I think about! How can I learn to control myself better???

maybe you are undereating?...
if not - out of boredome- find something to do, whatch tv for something that on not for food you are gona eat while kind of watching. or take a magazine, crossword puzzle etc and have it while watching tv.

I Eat 1 Meal A Day. I Do Not Get Hurry Alot.

Eat things that are light, like fruits and vegetables, i like to munch on celery and carrots. Gum helps, or ice.... I always loved munching on ice. Popcorn (air popped and lightly buttered) is another good food to munch on.

Eating small portions of healthy food all day long is ideal to keep your bodies metabolism going strong.

I drink water as a substitute. Or I spend time listening to my iPod or reading my comic books.

Sometimes I can go a whole day without eating.

fill up on coffee but not too much if ya dont drink coffee
try ice tea with sugar or sweetner.or try toast for breakfast,
salad for lunch,something light for dinner.
works for me!

paint your nails
they take ages to dry properly so u cant eat... and when they are dry u are usually over the need to eat unless you really are hungry

- get depressed (really curbs ur appetite)
- go for a walk
- read
- STAY OUT OF THE KITCHEN
- dont buy junk
- talk on aol
- sleep
- music

Pickles.

and Crystal LIte fruit punch to go in my water bottles. they sell individual packets.
