While I'm sure your motivations are pure, just and authentic, I can't but help to question them.
"I want more ppl to be saved" (sic)
This is incredibly egotistical. It sounds like you're young and growing intellectually and have caught hold of an idea you think is really neat. As neat an idea as it is (and it is) you and your friends still have much to learn.
Rather than strive to try and teach people what you think you know, why not stive to teach people how to learn by continuing to learn yourself.
How much do you know about other religions? How much do you know about science? How much do you know about the historical origins of Christianity? Do you really understand evolution and natural selection?
Learning is a process as is education. Keep the process going and learn as much as you can about all that you can.
Keep an open mind. Just because you have an idea you think is neat, don't close your mind to other ideas, because a lot can be learned from them.
If, through all of this, your faith stays intact, good for you. You are in a much better position to spread the word if you can speak to a Buddhist using Buddhist terminology properly, or if you can speak to an atheist using science and reason.
Best of luck on your quest.

I don't want to sound harsh here, so don't take this the wrong way - not all of us want to be Christian. There are many of us out there that were Christian and found out what was really true. The first thing to do is to accept that you cannot save everyone - and to know that this is not your fault.
Second, it's not just bringing people into church. For Christians, one must have an intimate relationship with Jesus and accept him as your savior. I would suggest that you pray. Catholics have something called a novena. It is prayer that goes on for nine days. You pray for a certain need, setting aside time each day for the nine days. My experience has been that these are very powerful prayers - and maybe something you and your friends would like to try.

I know this isn't what you mean, but truly, the most important thing you and your Christian friends can do is pray and "walk the talk". Nothing will turn people off faster than hypocrisy.
Otherwise, a weekly Bible study/youth meeting, schedule some fun activities a couple times a month, have youth lock-ins, etc.
I want to tell you too, that I'm so happy to see young people like you living for the Lord--I'm really proud of you. May God bless you and keep you, and fully equip you to do His work.

Begin a lunch-time study group and bring your bibles so that others can learn about the gospels. This would be a great place and time to do such a study and it would be good for every one of you. Have a great evening.
Thanks,
Eds, Christian

Any kind of program or performance that features kids. A play or music presentation. Parents always come to see the kids, then they might feel like church isn't so intimidating, so they might come back.

make church seem attractive (that may be easier depending on your denomination or church setting). if they feel they need something, and church doesn't seem like a place filled with eccentric people, then it may seem more welcoming. If it's with outreach ministry, even by having Christian Rock or Rap or something, go for it.

No preaching.
Teach God's Word.
No traditions of men.
No doctrines of men.
No precepts of men.
Everything is documented in God's Word.
His sheep hear His voice.

Spend time in prayer and allow God to direct your group. You can't win souls in your own human strength. You need the power of the Holy Spirit to win souls... start with prayer and let the Lord lead you.

Preach the Gospel. It's what we are to do. God motivates people. The Gospel is called the Power of God. And so we must have faith that God is right about that.
