Tossed salad, chicken because it can be prepared in many different ways. Hamburger because you could have hamburgers on Monday, Spanish rice with hamburger on Tuesday, Spaghetti w/ meatballs on Wednesday, Meatloaf on Thursday, Hamburger helper on Friday ect.
Salad you could make a little bit different or use a different salad dressing every day.

Anything Mexican or Itallian. I love them both. You have such a variety of Mexican or Itallian foods to eat that you'd never get bored with it.

Fresh fruits and vegetables (I do this now).
BACON! (I would if I could without consequence).
