if you mean to the actual tests they use, you don't. not even the practice tests contain the same questions they use - only the same style. there is a book of practice tests you can get from i think it's barnes'and'noble or check out some websites -

as far as test tips - best thing i can tell you besides study study study is the questions almost always have two very wrong answers and two right ones and you have to pick which one is more right - and if there is an answer that has something to do with oxygen or the ABCs its probably a good possibility that its right (but not always). read the question and all the answers before you pick an answer. oh, and don't touch your books w/i ~24 hrs of the test start - if you don't know it by then you won't and cramming for NR is one of the worst things you can do. NR practical - the website has the sheets they use for evaluation - memorize the sheets and the critical fail points is the best thing i can tell you for that. best of luck to you!

I borrowed a book from the library which had practice tests and tips about the national. I found it to be very helpful and just to make sure I knew more than what my teacher emphasized on. I did end up passing the national too!
Good Luck!

How do you get answers??
You study!! Get out your textbooks and start studying. You pass the Registry the same way the rest of us did...learn the material.
If you're thinking about trying to cheat on the Registry, I certainly wouldn't want you as my partner.
