I really need to know how long a raynauds attack lasts. please only answer this if you really know what this is, and really know a correct answer.

An attack can last from less than a minute to several hours.

Keep your extremities WARM throughout the year. An attack can last from one second to several hours, so the idea is to minimize them to the best of your ability. Few years ago I was IN Hospital, lying on the bed, feet exposed and a passing Nurse said 'You best cover your feet!' They were purple from being exposed and yet Hospitals are warm/hot places. I find that 'wool' socks are better then the normal type purchased in any store. 100% wool really keeps the Raynard's at bay and yes even in the hot summer I will wear gloves if I go out. Last thing I want to have any fingers or toes amputated.
Much depends on where you are inside or outside. What the temperature is where you are and if you are still or moving?

I think you mean raynauds disease. This is an arterial disoder of the legs characterized by claudication and poor blood circulation.
