i have never been in love before and then he comes along. It was all great, then all of a sudden, DUMPED!!! He didn't give me a reason.

It only last as long as you let it. The faster you realize you are better than him, and there is someone else the faster you will get over it. Love hurts, and sometimes it does suck. Example. I was with a guy for six years, he cheated on me, and he was on drugs, and I was madly in-love with this guy. Don't get me wrong, he had some great qualities as well. My point is when he left me I was devastated. I thought it my as well be the end of the world. Now looking back I was just grateful that we did not last, because now I have an awesome husband, a beautiful daughter and I could not be happier. Everything happens for a reason. Just remember that. You are gonna be fine.

Well if it was that fast, then it wasn't really love but infatuation. It takes TIME to get to know someone, and you can't really love someone unless you know them as a person, right?
You don't mention whether there was anything more 'involved' than just dating. If he did some fast talking and got what he wanted, then of course he moved on. That's all he was after. You two never had time to develop any real relationship. That's why it's always best to GO SLOW.

Most guys don't give a reason, it's just what they do. They don't want to talk to you about why, since you will just make them feel bad and they don't have to do that anymore. They are also much better at moving on than girls, it's one of men's better defense mechanisms.
Keep in mind it's not his job to give you closure, that is your job.
I know it doesn't help much but you have learn a good lesson, don't fall so hard and fast next time. Everyone has to learn this over time, some just do it sooner than others. Time will heal your wound, just give it a chance.

If you had sex with him then that was the reason. He got what he planned to get from you. It takes time get over someone you love and then you realize in the long run why did you waist time on that piece of ****. Enjoy life don't rush into love especially if you are young. This doesn't mean that you are suppose to go out and bone every guy that you meet either. Just take your time and date and experiment from the guys that you come in contact with and when the right one comes then you will realize what you want. I wish you well and trust me things will get better.

You will overcome the pain for sure in a short span of time. Just bear in mind that he is not worth it and you deserve a much better guy. Time will come that the right man will come along. I guess he was just a pig, look ive been in your shoes and the guy regreted it just move on find a new guy trust me hell be history in no time, list all the bad things about him and prove it to yourself he isnt worthy of you, just give it time itll get better

unfortunately fools like him exist... i think things may have just moved too fast for him and he may have realized that he was just infatuated with you..when the honey mood was over he realized he was not in love with you..
that is not to say that something is wrong with you. You sound like a nice girl..But these are GROWING PAINS...you will be just fine..

It will pass. It was probably never great, you just fooled yourself into thinking it was because you liked him so much.thats what ive done before anyway, i ignored the signs that he was a jerk. someone better will come, dont worry, they always show up when you arent looking.

whoahh....it is soo hush....painful...being dumped quite fast. try revenge? what i meant was....he is too timid to give reasons...so the answer lies in u...may be ur looks.are down...gain weight...poor sex? try improving on your weak points...interact with other guys..show him u r happy.....life is short....keep urself busy...make ur life a memorable day...i know it's hard..i've been in your shoes...
