Mix your chicken (cut into bite size pieces and cooked up with some olive oil and garlic) with some alfredo sauce, put on the noodle and roll up. Put the rolled up noodles in a pan add some more sauce, if you want, and your favorite cheese and bake until heated through.

Many time I put my lasagna meat on the noodles this way with the ricotta, roll it up and put mozzarella on top and bake till heated.

You pretty much could use any meat/sauce combo you want.

One thing you can do is to keep the noodles in water in the refrigerator for a couple of days. When you need a quick meal take the noodles out and drain them completely. Then take cheese or cooked hamburger and spread on each noodle. Roll it up like a jelly roll and put in a baking dish pour your favorite sauce on top and bake for a few minutes or until hot. You could use cooked roast, chicken, turkey or any kind of meat or even use spinach, mushrooms, what ever you have a taste for and have on hand. I have done this quite often and served it to my kids as a quick lunch as I made it ahead sometimes even freezing individual servings.

You can make a tuna casserole or chicken casserole.

The other thing you can do is make a chicken noodle soup. Just parboil the lasagna noodles & cut them up before adding them to the soup.

foodtv.com & epicurious.com are good recipe sources as I'm not sure what ingredients you have on hand.

Tear the noodles apart into bite size pieces....

In a big bowl, add any veggies you have that have been sauted with oil and garlic until tender crisp.....

Add a medium container sour cream, salt and pepper, shedded mozzerella cheese, and any spices you want. Transfer to a baking dish and Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes and serve with garlic toast and a salad!

Good luck.

try this 1: lay the lasagna noodle flat ( cooked) now spread it with this mixture that u sauteed ( onions, garlic, mushrooms or spinach and small chicken pieces in olive oil) of course season it to taste now roll it all up into like a pinwheel and lay them all in a baking dish making sure that u can see the pinwheel affect on top and not the other way then sprinkle the tops with sun dried tomatoes in olive oil and then with buttered bread crumbs and bake....serve this warm with a creamy sauce like alfredo or just a homemade 1 of a lil flour toasted in butter then add cream or milk and stir with garlic and such...delicious

I make Mac And Cheese with any kind of left over pasta.
I did it last night with left over speagetti noodles.
I mix sharp cheddar and Velvetta, put a little water in the noodles and heat until they seperate then add cheese and cook until it's melted, It's very good.
You can also use them in soup, but add when the soup is almost done.
Cooked ground beef and gravy is very tasty with noodles also.

I make my own chicken noodle soup using chicken broth & whatever pasta I have on hand. Just bring the broth to a boil & add noodle pieces & a little seasoning of choice. I like a little Mrs. Dash.

i break them up (in a baggie) into small pieces and boil them and mix them with 2 cans of tuna, a can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp. butter. Pour into a casserole dish, top with parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees for a really good tuna noodle casserole

i saw somewhere that you can roll them up with meat or vegetables stuffed inside, so it's kind of like a cannelloni. i haven't tried it yet but it looked good!
