13 is too young to date.. you will have all the time in the world to get caught up in the dating scene. Slow down and enjoy being a kid!

love at your age, you dont "date" its awkward, because: no long-term goals, and the short term ones are just not as attractive as when you get older. If i where you id just hang out with friends, if you go out with a guy-friend then ok, just FOCUS: on having a good time.
i used to over think things back then, and missed out on most of the fun.

at 13..dating should be the furthest from your mind..you should be more interested in other teen activites ...trust me at 13 you are more likely to have alot of drama in your life if you start mixing it up with the boys for a "puppy love" session.

I dont think it is! but thats just me...if you feel ready, then go for it! if you dont, then youre not ready. Its basically whatever feels right for you. dont push it if you dont want to though!
