Which has less carbs ideal for a daily breakfast? I am trying to watch what I eat these days.

They both are equal, but if you want to fill up faster, have the one serving of crackers since one piece of bread won't go too far, even if you want to put some butter on it, you still will be hungry some after eating the piece of bread, but you won't be too hungry after having the crackers, but you will be thristy for water.

Crackers. Whole wheat ones would be even better.
