You can either go with something very expensive or something very cute. Sometimes just a little stuffed bear with a graduation hat can be meaningful and lasting. However, a lot of my friends got iPods for grade-school graduation. You should find out what she likes, what kinds of things she's interested in, and choose your present from there. Ask your parents what kinds of things she talks about. Ask her friends, if possible. If you aren't able to do that, you can always consider a gift card. These, however, aren't as meaningful. Luckily, most 14 year old girls are happy with anything they can use to buy clothes. Good luck!

Cash, card and flowers!!! Oh, also if she has a graduation photo, you can go to one of those stores like "things remembered" that do engraving on frames - you could get a frame with congratulations, her name and the year on it...class of 2007 perhaps?

How about a nice piece of jewelry? She's old enough to take care of such a gift.
