Voulez-vous coucher avec moi (ce soir).

Pronunciation: Voo-lay voo koo shay ah veck mwah suh swahr

Do you want to sleep with me this evening? (as in make love).

This is overused in America, because people don't understand the connotation, which you can read about at this address:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voulez-vous_coucher_avec_moi%3F

You can see that it is NOT romantic, and a person would never use this phrase in conversation with a lover, because of the formal "vous." They would use "tu" with a person so close.

We would also never use this phrase to ask about literally going to bed. That would be "Voulez-vous VOUS coucher avec moi?"
