As long as you aren't trying to get her a six-pack (which is fairly ugly on most women anyway), it should be as simple as regular exercise and maybe situps or something. Oh yeah, and drinking plenty of water and eating healthfully would help too. Good night!

diet...to lesson it and exercises to firm it up...or diet and lipo suction or tummy tuck.
