It is being financed by enormous National Debt. (we are charging it). Then we will be paying for it for the next 20yrs+ with increased taxes and budget cuts to Social Security and other needed services..

The Federal Government Sells US securities (Gold, Silver, our natural resources) to foreign countries (mostly China) for American Dollars. Ultimately we will ALL pay for it when China takes over the world!
