iam 5'11 265 been heavy all my life,trying to lose now at 33,just started a gym,been going to classes 5 days a week(what ever class they have at the times i go in)no matter what class i allways do 20 mins of tredmill.
i eat oatmill and friut lunch turkey and swiss and some kind of veggie and dinner chicken grilled and salad diet soda snacks maybe yogurt or granolla bar, try to drink 4 bottle water a day (hate water) am i doin this right,and if so will i lose fast??goal 100pounds!!!!!!!

Sounds like youre on the right track! Beware though, if you find you are constantly hungry throughout the day, then your plan could end up backfiring (because you may binge later). If this is the case, then add some healthy snacks into your meal plan (like a peice of fruit, lowfat yogurt, etc).

If you feel satisfied, then keep it up; sounds like your doin great.

I have found that by eating fruits and vegetables freely throughout the day. no cheating at all just fruits and vegetable and water that i lost 40 lbs in 3 months. worked out 60 minutes a day on the elliptical burning 1500 calories in that hour. Also doing 15 to 20 minutes of cycling between pushups pulldowns and upper body dumbbell work i was able to maintain a nice shape uptop. 5 days a week.

In contrast to the less than polite answer by the first poster, I assume that you are trying to lose 100 lbs. Doing it the correct way takes a while but is worth it.

So far, you are doing fine but I would recommend adding in some weight lifting. This will increase your lean mass which will burn extra calories 24 hours per day. Cardio is good but does not have this residual fat burning effect.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

well i dont think that 100 pounds would be good. im 5'2 and 106 pounds and people sometimes call me too skinny. you might want to go to google and type in "body mass calculator" for your BMI (body mass index) too see how overweight you really are and what your ideal body weight for your hight should be. i would say it would probably be around 125-130. Trust me if you weighed that much you would look sick. like i am really skinny for my height. my brother makes fun of me all the time and i cant even find rings in my size. im a size 5 in them! but as for your diet its perfect. accept i would lay off the soda if you really want to lose it. even if its diet. it really does make a HUGE difference. if you have to make it one soda a week if your a big soda fan. good luck with your diet and remember, if you sometimes get a craving go ahead and treat yourself but dont over-do it. a small bag of mnms can always be a good reward.

well first off. i dont think that you are 33. that would mean that you would be able to spell right. and first off. if you are a kid that weights 265 SHUT UP AND GO TO YOUR DOCTOR. btw if you are 5"11 and 100...that is stupid. if you are really old enough..gastric bypass surgery may be the answer.
