I'm getting a list of things together so I can tune up my new Mustang I bought. It has 160k miles on it and the guy can't remember the last time it was done, so it seriously needs it. I'm just not very familiar with domestics, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Spark plugs and wires is about all it is. Depending on the shop you take it to, they'll probably want to sell you an injector flush also. It's usually a good idea unless you pour the F.I. cleaner in your fuel tank every 8 or 10k miles. You might also want to consider an ignition coil. With that mileage, if it's never been replaced, do it.
And Fords are picky about ignition parts, so use Motorcraft for the best results.
Hope that helps.
