The unnecessary sacrifice Pat made is the perfect example that Christianity is nothing more than a tool to be used by politicians when it suits them. They themselves don't really believe the Bible they're just using Christians as fodder for their wars, and Christians eat it up.
It's sickening.
Pat was a REAL American no matter what some idiot politician says about Pat's atheism. I am ashamed of our countries leadership to cover up his death in that despicable way and then lie about it when it is exposed, and treat ANY Veteran's memory in such an UnAmerican way.

As an Iraqi conflict vet i'm able to regrettably inform you which you have been grossly misinformed. Air strikes are very helpful, precise and basically utilized particularly circumstances. Raids positioned us at a plenty larger danger to be a casualty and regrettably that's how we carry out maximum of our missions. i might recommend you detect a sparkling source of suggestions. in case you utilize the media it incredibly is a sizable mistake. occasion, the Iraqi human beings, for the main area love us and what we are doing there. I even have some pictures of the locals giving us hugs and severe 5's. The media leads you to have confidence in any different case, in maximum situations. additionally the civilian deaths brought about via the U. S. are so very minimum. conflict is hell and death is the consequence in case you're harmless or a combatant. you may desire to not even evaluate WW2 to Operation Iraqi Freedom, it is not EVEN A conflict! 2 distinctive battles, approaches, much less countries and individuals in contact, international domination not in play and distinctive technologies. For you being a self proclaimed, historian, i'm surprised at how unintelligent you come returned in the time of. For the calling me a coward area, why do not you grab an M-sixteen, bypass over there and tutor us all how that's performed! in case you're making it returned in a million piece i'm going to call you a coward after which you will tell me the way you experience. God Bless

First I will say that anyone who would put themselves in harms way to protect our nation is more then a hero. I am 100% fundie Christian and totally support the Armed Forces finally recognizing Wiccans on their head stones with a pentacle.
The conclusions people jump to,, appear absurd to us Christians . We are commanded to love people the same way Christ does and to give our lives for non believers. That's one of the reasons I am still here BTW. Atheist are worthy of my life's work. So are Christians and Muslims and the Flying Pastafarians.
May the Lord richly bless you and grant you peace and understanding.

Any American soldier is equal to any other soldier. Do you feel the same about Jewish American soldiers? Remember, if it wasn't for the Jewish religion, you would probably be wstill worshiping idols.

Any soldier, irregardless of their race or religion, is worthy of our respect and honor. They do a tough job for no other reason than it has to be done, and I'm proud of them.

i don't personally support this war, but i am a military brat and believe that the spiritual choice of a soldier is the soldier's personal decision, or lack of spiritual choice for that matter. as a democracy we can not discriminate.
