An "air- cooled" air conditioning system would be one in which the heat rejected by the condenser is removed by outside air pulled through the condenser coil. This air movement is most commonly done with a propeller fan within the outside unit. The air is drawn in through slots in the side of the condensing unit enclosure, passes through the coil and discharges vertically as it passes through the fan. If it is a window unit the hot air discharges horizontally.

In a "water-cooled" air conditioning system, the heat removed from the condenser is done by water piped to the unit. In this case the condenser has a different design than the one cooled by air.

The cooled air circulating through the house is drawn thru the cooling coil, and into the fan which forces it into distribution ductwork if it is a whole house system. The air enters the rooms through grilles attached to the duct. If it is a window unit the fan blows the cool air directly through grilles in the unit. Sometimes these are adjustable.

Depends on the system. most motorcycles are air cooled and it is the motion of the bike that moves the air. An air cooled machinegun doesn't rely on air movment at all just more expesed surface area to help bleed off heat. If you have some sort of motor trying to move the air you are introducing another source of heat. Most air cooled systems are passive.

It's called a fan. Also, duct work or else a shroud is often used to direct air.

There are several kinds of draft:

1. Forced draft - it blows
2. Induced draft - it sucks
3 Balanced draft - a combination of forced and induced draft - it both sucks and blows.
