you are eating too much processed foods. too much sodium leads to water weight gain.
breakfast is the most important meal of the day - it lets your body know its time to wake up and start burning calories.
i dont see any fruit and veggies - 5-8 servings a day.
protein bar is acceptable after working out since its convenient and protein repairs muscle, but dont waste your money on them, they are not as good as you think.

Unfortunately, simply counting calories isn't enough. You also have to consider what kind of calories you're getting. The pizza is the worst thing you could have if you're on a fat loss diet, especially if insulin levels are low from not getting enough calories.

Most granola bars and snack bars are pretty bad for you, Though some may have whole grains in them, they usually contain a lot of processed sugar, fats and other ingredients.

The foods you should be getting are a balance of lean proteins, complex carbs and good fats. You'll have to look at the ingredients of what you're eating to see what you're getting. Most packaged foods are highly industrialized and processed and are not good for you.

Also, you should not starve yourself - you need an adequate amount of good calories throughout the day to keep insulin levels down and glycogen levels steady. If you're insulin levels are continually spiking and dipping, you'll never shed the bodyfat.

Getting exercise goes without saying. You need activity in your life if you wish to lose bodyfat.

We all have days where we slip up. None of the stuff your described sounds healthy at all. Have you really taken a close look at most of those granola bar things- they are not much better than a candy bar. For a good healthy diet consider whole foods- fresh veggies, fresh fruits, a little lean meat (fish, seafood, pork), lots and lots of water. This with a combination of exercise you will find the results you need in no time. The trick is to not go on radical diets that once your lips hit regular food you will gain the weight back. Stick to fresh foods in moderation and I am sure you will be doing great.

when on a diet your tend to slip up sometimes. The important thing to remember is not to freak bout it and get back on tract. Dont punish yourself for having one bad day. Start fresh tomorrow and keep your head up. Try to make healthy decisions more often than not and you'll lose weight. Your not a bad person for having one bad day. Good Luck, You CAN do this.
