As any good Marine...just follow orders, focus on your mission, your buddies and keep alert 24/7 and improvise daily . To win on a daily basis, use your training and BELIEVE that God is on your side not with them.
These pencil neck political idiots who have never seen any combat, like Pelosi and Reed, are the minority who change like the wind for a vote. It's a shame the media will sensationalize this type of grandstanding.
The silent majority in this country are 101% behind everyone of the military and beleive we will win. As long as the Nancys and Reeds don't run the battlefield, as it happen in Viet Nam...we will win. No real American loves war, but someone has to fight them and defeat them.
So the best way to win is to fight the enemy much more vicious, violent and faster than he fights or imagines. Show him more terror than he can dream or plan.

What we as a country and you as a Marine in a combat zone need is commitment, from both sides of the aisle. I don't know where these liberals in Congress ever got the idea that they can re-write the rules, that they need not obey the commander-in -chief, that they are in charge. Further, i don't know why Harry Reid believe's that we can't grab his scrawny @ss, line him up against a bulkhead, and blow him apart with the use of a sanctioned firing squad, because of treason, in a time of warfare.

During WWII, this is exacrly what we did with scrawny, treasonous bastards. I don't know when the rules changed, but I for one believe in the old ways. I believe that Reid, Pelosi, Murtha, Clinton, Kerry , and Kennedy need to be sanctioned. These people and the democratic party have become an absolute train wreck, in terms of uniting the country, and bringing the people of the US together on the same page. Hell, the can't even get people together on the same book !

You have the right idea on how to win a war, but I seriously doubt that those morons in Congress will even listen to what you have to say. The US stopped winning wars, when the politicians took command during the Korean conflict, when another dumb @ss Harry thought he knew more than Douglas MacArthur. The end result was three more years of tit for tat warfare, before a cease fire was declared. That was in 1953, and we've been manning that border, ever since. General MacArthur warned dumb @ss Harry this would happen, and it did. Of Coarse, Truman was a man who needed to see things for himself. The US lost about twenty nine thousand GI's before that conflict ended !

My dear young Marine, you ask what it will take to win this war ? Well, this is from another much older Marine. Two country's must be neutered before we will see stability in the middle east, they are Iran and Syria. Iran is the country that is supplying the insurgency in Iraq with weapons, ammunitions, explosive devices, money, training, and all other support they need to continue killing American troops and Iraqi civilians. Iran is also the main supplyer of the same to Hezbollah, Hamas, the Taliban, and al Quaeda. So you see, Iran is what needs to be shut down, and the frightened wimps in Congress, well they don't even want to hear that news.

FYI, the Russian president, Vladimir Putin is just itchin to re-invent the old cold war. He has been supplying Iran and Syria with both offensive and defensive weapons, in the event we decide to complete the mission. All the more reason to finish the job, that and the fact that Ahmadinejad wants nuclear weapons.

Here is one more bit of info. The Gulf states, that is the moderate Arab countries have great concerns over Irans intentions and ambitions, as it applys to the middle east. They have gone so far as to meet with Israel regarding this matter. Think about this for a minute. The moderate Arabs have so much concern over the intentions of the Persians, that they are prepared to join forces with Israel, their otherwise natural enemy !

Don't think you have no friends and support in this country, because you have. Our mission is to rid this country of the vermin who snuck into Congress, this last time around. Your job is to complete the mission. Semper Fidelis !

The only way to win war is like they did it in the Big One WWII start on one end of the country, and if we have any allies left after this latest debacle, they start on the other and push the enemy into each others kill zone and destroy them. We just don't have the stomach for that kind of action anymore. We need Schwarzkopf and Powell to come out of retirement like those old boxers do .We are fighting the wrong war tho, we should be in Afghanistan, leaving no stone unturned until Osama bin Laden's head is on a stick.

Please inform me, just how to you plan to win THE WAR ON TERROR?

I commend you for your service, but you need to wake up. You are a corporate mercenary, an expendable pawn for the globalists to use where they see fit. A permanent state of war, means politicians are in control of their populations. I know the natural reaction is to emotionally invest yourself in something (even a lie) that you are so deeply committed to.

If you want to do something noble, then defend the Constitution from the current raping our Decider is giving it... that is after all what you have sworn to protect. And please, open a history book and realize what is going on.
