forget about diet pills - if they worked there would be no obese people, especially in the USA.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food

There are no 'spells' for weightloss. Weightloss is down to your own willpower and ability to control your own body. If there were spells for it, do you think so many people would be fat??? The only thing close to spellcraft for weightloss would be using aromtherapy to reduce your hunger, but then you'd begoing tino herbalism too, by using plants to heal. If you have a weight issue, you should be looking at yourself and asking why. Do you comfort eat? Do you have a problem with the types of foods you eat everyday? There's no quick fix - it probably took a long time to put on that weight, and so it will take a long time to get it off again. You need to learn how to reduce/watch your calorie intake and workout much more.

Forget everything you've ever heard on TV or what your doctor has told you. To see a difference you have to commit to these rules. If not, you will not lose weight.

Continue a regular exercise plan. Cardio and strength training at least 4-5 days a week.

Drink as much water as you possibly can. I don't care if it doesn't taste good. It is a must. At least 4 liters a day, but don't go over 8 liters. Squeezing lemons into your water helps with the taste without adding extra calories.

Eat anything you want before 3pm. Yes, anything. This applies to real food only. Pizza, spaghetti, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, rice, steak, pasta. You can also use mayonnaise or any condiments. I usually eat only one meal. I skip breakfast and eat between 1-3 pm. (NO candies, chips, or food that are considered empty calories.) Note that CARBS are good, and help you stay full all day long. Carbs don't make you fat, that is why so many diets fail. Eat lettuce all day with chicken and you will fail. Don't deny your self. Eat what you like as long as it is a real home cooked meal. Avoid fast food chains. As far as portion, eat until your satisfied. DO NOT EAT AGAIN AFTER THIS ONE MEAL. YOU WILL GET USE TO IT AFTER A FEW DAYS. THE FIRST FEW DAYS ARE THE HARDEST.

TRY TO DO YOUR EXERCISE AFTER YOUR DAILY MEAL. PREFERABLY AT NIGHT.

FOLLOW THIS AND I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL SEE GREAT RESULTS AND VERY FAST.

I also work shifts and got some help cos I couldnt fathom out how to eat and use wieght loss products around my work. I got some help and great products and have been really succesful in losing weight and feeling better all round. if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just go to www.myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

I have found that beginning with walking and pilates helps quite a bit. I too have long work hours and work weeks that I get very discouraged when I can't find anything to wear. My problem is that I have no support person and I don't have the time or money to join any groups. Eating smaller portions six times a day, and having protein with every meal is also helpful. Don't try to cut out everything especially at once, your body needs some carbs and some fats as well as protein and fruits and veggies. Moderation and lots of water mixed with increased activity will have you seeing results soon. Hope I have helped. Good luck. Mandi

Yess i happen to have an excellent workout program for you to follow. You should run everyday for at least an hour in a half
if you have time. That's what i've been doing and i lost about 25 pounds. It also makes you stronger and puts you in better shape. You could also try going to the gym sometime for about 20 mins a week it might also help. Or if you don't have the time to really put a lot into your body you could take stacker2's they really work and they help you gain energyYou just have to only eat 3 meals or less a day and take one stacker2 tablet after each meal. You can find Stakcer2's in almost every convient store nationwide.
