MACARONI AND CHEESE AND TOMATOES

2 c. cooked macaroni
4 tbsp. flour
Salt
Pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) block Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 c. milk

Slice up Cheddar cheese and put in microwaveable casserole (2 quart). Sprinkle with flour, salt, and pepper. Pour milk over cheese. Cover. Put in microwave for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and creamy when stirred. Stir in stewed tomatoes. Add macaroni. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly in the middle, uncovered, at 350 degrees.

I've got this recipe down to 10 minutes preparation time. Just add a vegetable and you have a nice quick meal.
