I definitely agree with you! If we don't give our hearts to the Lord Jesus Christ then we will spend our lives in eternal suffering! I don't want anybody to have to go through that!

Believing in nothing is even more of a waste.
Paying insurance seems like a waste of money when you never have an accident, but when you do, it sure pays off.
I am glad you don't agree that Christianity is a waste of time, though:)

I don't believe it is a waste of time for all of us who have had our lives changed for the better because of it.....nothing with that much of an impact for the better can be a waste of time. What is a waste of time is reading all those who oppose it yet cannot stop focusing on it even if it is negatively..

I'm so glad you don't feel it is a waste. It probably seems like a waste of time for those who do not know The Lord and because one doesn't have a personal relationship with Jesus, does not have the Holy Spirit living in them to give them:
The guidance they need to live by
The understanding they need to open their eyes to truth
The truth they need to give them hope
The love they need to give them security in a darkened world.
And the joy they need to give them life more abundantly.

Well, Central Power, I don't agree either!
If "Christianity is the opiate of the world", as Karl Marx said, then his atheism is the strychnine of the world.
If you studied the atheistic French Revolution, France became the first nation to legalize homosexuality. Then pornography blossomed as well as sodomy. Easy divorce was legalized--just sign your name at City Hall.
What was the result? Children without parents, venereal disease, a decadence of morality almost equaling that of Sodom. But their experiment was short lived.
Appalled at the devastation of their country, the National Assembly unanimously reinstated Christianity in France. They passed laws guaranteeing religious freedom--they took religion more serious after their experiment.
The same experiment transpired in the atheistic Soviet Union. After their experiment God has a place in their society again.
So, what happened before will happen in the U.S. The excesses that promise a better life without God does not yield, YES, ATHEISM IS THE STRYCHNINE OF THE WORLD. Yes, I'm certain you agree with me, Central Power.
Blessings and AGAPE love, One-Way

Is this a question to see how many people are paying attention? In small print you yourself disagree with the bold print question. Lots of people seem to be suffering from rectal cranial immersion.

No. Not for those who believe in it. It's only a waste of time to me, since I don't believe in it.

If you think eternal life is a waste of time , you have a low view of what Heaven will be like nor to look upon the face of God.
