In the 1st sentence, the negative is better on the 2nd verb,

i.e. "I see that you haven't listed any items yet." and item should be items.

The 2nd sentence has an unnecessary preposition and determiner ( from the); and the word order of the final nouns phrases would be better combined (possessive case) and reversed.

i.e. " You can get all the help needed at Ebay's home page (Live help).
