It is a matter of your personal preference only. Don't let anyone give you any other information. There is zero difference from the morning and the evening. If you choose morning though, make sure you have a VERY good breakfast and allow it to settle for about an hour. That way you don't get sick.

For me, personally, if I don't do it in the morning I'll find every excuse in the evening NOT to do it. Plus morning workouts can boost your metabolism throughout the day. Bottom line: exercise when it best fits YOUR schedule!

As far as your body is concerned it really doesn't make much difference. If it causes you to eat a larger breakfast in the morning, or a larger meal in the evening could cause you to loose some of you gain. 1000 calories in the morning is the same as 1000 in the afternoon, unless it is offset by a large meal.

Research says its best to workout during the morning that way your metabolism will be burning all day long which will result in increase fat burning.......

Morning - get it out of your way so that the day can continue, plus you burn more fat if you work out in the morning on an empty stomach.

Most experts recommend to not work out in the evening, as it can interfere with your sleep patterns and meal schedule/appetite. I work out at lunch.

the calories you burn are pure fat calories,
since you dont have anythingin your stomach
