I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Quick weight loss is not how you should be thinking. You can starve your body and shed pounds with any old fad diet or pills, but your body will fight back and regain the weight.

Now "get fit" is what you want. It is simple in principle. You need to eat a health variety of foods, not just protein, not just whatever. You should get at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables, raw or steamed is best to preserve vitamins.

You should eat, but limit unsaturated fats. Nuts are best for fats. Avoid processed fats (trans fats) like hydrogenated vegitable oil. Avoid processed sugar, especially high fructose corn sugar.

You need to excesses in a way you can live with it. Don't go all out at once, ease into it. Low impact at first, walk, swim, take the stairs, park way out in the parking lot and walk to the store. Be creative. Then move towards more challenging workouts, that you ENJOY.

Being fit is a lifestyle. Diets don't work, forget it!

Limit calories, but don't starve yourself. Excercise and stay active!

Good luck!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. the only diet that works is burn more calories than you take in and obviosly always have an hour of excersize. Females should be eating between 1600 and 1800 calories a day. Go to the gym, run around your neighborhood, or get some pilates or aerobics DVD's and follow the instructor! You should see results in about a month or three weeks. NO FATTY FOODS AND EMPTY CALORIES!!! good luck^___^

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food

You asked for the quickest way, but you really need to concentrate on the healthiest. Diet and exercise and drinking plenty of water will help get you there safely and healthfully. Be wary of diet pills and fad diets, they ruin your metabolism and are dangerous.

Run, do push ups, work on your abs, ride a bike, eat healthy food, excersise at least twice a day for at least 10 mins each time, It's working out great for me! Started about 4 months ago doing this, and my "fat" is starting to look good as muscle.

you can still eat stuff you like, just do it in smaller amounts. eat small meals throughout the day and watch you calories. doing that alone will help you lose a couple pounds but it will take a while (i've done this myself). you need to add exercise if you really want to see results
