Yes, it made me cry. Humanity is a disaster. We treat each other like crap. Do I care that those babies pray to a "different" God than I do? Hell, no! Yet they are dying because so much of the world thinks that is a big enough difference to kill for. My heart breaks. If the world could admit that we are all agnostics - without knowledge - would there be peace? Probably not, but there would e less war.

I'm not going to click on that link. In the past year or so, I've had dozens of people send me links that describe the atrocities being committed by both sides.
The very worst, I think, for me, was the picture of a little Muslim girl with a bomb strapped to her. I didn't keep the link, so I can't post it, but her face was sooooo innocent, so trusting...did she know her own Mommy and Daddy were sending her to die?
There have been atrocities committed against men, women, and children, on both sides of this horrible conflict. If you are going to show one side, why not the other side?
There are always atrocities committed during wartime. Unfortunately it is usually the children who suffer the most. I wish, I truly do, that people could live in peace with one another, if only for the sake of the little ones. But I think only Jesus can make that dream a reality.

This is the most heart wrenching.Innocent children are too often in the cross fire of war.Innocent vulnarable babies put in harms way for what.To prove a point,to get land, oil, its all about greed and war and to those who live by it always kill the innocent. To answer your question I would die for my children but not let them die or suffer and I could not support such actions.I can imagine the heart ache of this mother,as I have suffered because of my childs suffering.I will not go into details, but I do know such pain.My prayer is for God to be glorified somehow,in it all.

The problem is that their enemies have put their children through that type of suffering. In exasperation & desperation to get one side to not make their children suffer like that anymore, they dish it back out to try & get them to stop dishing it out.
Yes, it did. Too bad the ones that start doing it first don't cry or feel bad enough to where they do not drop to those means for whatever reason.
Those type of burns would be excruciating & take a while to heal with definite scars. My heart hurts for this Momma & her children.

War is hideous, and the innocent non-combatants suffer the most -- women, children, the elderly, and the disabled. Until the human race learns that no plot of ground, no oil well or mineral rights, no religious or racial differences are worth the cost of a single human life, the innocent will continue to suffer.
God have mercy on them and us.

No, didn't make me cry. I love kids, but I've seen such atrocities (and much worse) before. I've witnessed murder and even torture first-hand, so I guess I'm kind of numb to all this. It's not that I don't care, it's just nothing new.
So, was the reason I just got a "thumbs down" because I said that I love kids? What's with that?

I watched that video and I am outraged. I once had a high opinion of humankind, but not anymore. No, I do not support those kinds of actions. I am an American. I think my country is guilty of similar but equally horrendous activities. Our country napalmed thousands of children in Viet Nam and I think that our presence in Iraq has only fueled the fires of their civil war. As a result, more children and young people in Iraq are being maimed, disfigures and killed. It is inexcusable.

I don't really understand your question, but I can say that I think most of the USs and the Worlds population did not agree with bush's desiscion to go to war becuase of the implications to not only to the children, but all inoccent life in Iraq.

This video is only one half of it all. Both sides are doing the same thing. Neither side is justified, and both sides are justified. The only answer is that one of the two sides needs to actually start living what the religions of both sides preach.
Did it make me cry? No. Like crusada... I am all cried out. I am sick of it.
