first thanks everyone for their attention. my case was denied because they are saying I didn't look back to check if anybody is pulling into the space before I open the door, therefore its not his fault!however a witness saw that I had my door open before he pulled in AND he came in REALLY FAST!!we both have same inssurance and my damage is way more than his. in this way inssurance is saving money also!!I hope thats not the motive behind their decision. my car is very cheap and it is not worth it for me to pay out of pocket to fix the door so now I have to think of getting a car!

They always deny your first claim, I think it's written into their business policy.

Post complete details and maybe someone can help. Why did they deny the claim? What are the particulars of the accident? Did you file the claim with your insurance company or the other driver's?

Read the denial. It will give a reason for the denial, and any rights you have as regards appeal. In the event it doesn't, ask.

guess you didn't have it covered properly , try another root with then , may be the car is to old
