Yes he would destoy anyone in boxing today. His talent level and heart could not be matched by the watered down version of todays heavyweights. Who could honestly compete with him Wlad, Peter, Ruslan hahhah no way.
Ali was too great for this era.

You could asked several other questions pertaining to the same fighter like: Maxwell Antonio Loach vs Mathew Saad Mahhamad or Edward Lee Gregory vs Eddie Mustafa Muhammad. Just a thought. Ali was a little bit wiser than Clay. Not to mention Ali between 1964 -1967 and could have been all the way to 1970 was unbeatable. Ali by TKO in 7.

Yes he would dominate it. Not only that but any decent Heavy Weight from the 80's or early to Mid 90's would be dominating now if they were in their prime. Right now the heavy Weight division is very weak.

Yes, especially now that the heavyweight division is dead. He would surely beat all the linear heavyweight champions today, including the Klitchsko brothers. Most of all, he'll resurrect the division and give it some flair and excitement.

He was the fastest heavyweight I have ever seen He fought all of the contenders, when Patterson had not given them a shot. He would control things now like he did then.
