Were the states of the USA brought about by 10+7=17 presidents...? I believe all 50 states were formed by only 17 presidents, do you think this is a coincidence, also weren't there 7 articles in the law of Liberty [Constitution], and the 10 Bill of Rights?

No, all 50 states were not formed by 17 Presidents; in fact no President has or can form a state. Art. IV, Sec. 3, clause 1 of the Constitution requires states be admitted to the Union by Congress. Besides, the 17th President was Andrew Johnson (you remember him right, the guy that took over when Lincoln was assassinated and until 1999 was the only US President to be face impeachment trial in the Senate) by my count 12 states were added after Johnson, the latest being Alaska and Hawaii in 1959.

The Law of Liberty as related by St. James were the laws of Moses: “But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.” --James 1: 25. I think the basic set was Ten not Seven. It certainly was neither the US Constitution nor the Bill of Rights which are the first Ten Amendments to the Constitution.

Where do you people get this wealth of disinformation?

The seven heads represent 7 world powers since Babylon. The ten horns represent the rulers of those world powers. Some kingdoms were ruled by two heads. Like the US and Great Britain. The Medo-Persian empire too. This is brought out in the book of Daniel. We are under the last world power mentioned. The Anglo-American world power. This is the last world power to rule the earth before Armageddon comes and destroys all the kingdoms. Dan 2:44.

The bible uses wild beasts to depict world powers. Da 7:6, 12, 23; 8:20-22; Re 16:10; 17:3, 9-12

.” The beast mentioned in this verse is the same beast as in Revelation chapter 13:1, “…And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name.” The beast in Revelation chapter 13 is understood to refer to the antichrist, the man of lawlessness (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4; Daniel 9:27). So, the whore of Babylon, whoever it is, is closely affiliated with the end times antichrist.

The fact that the whore of Babylon is referred to as a mystery likely means that we cannot be completely certain as to her identity. The passage does give us some clues, however. Revelation 17:9 explains, “This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.” In ancient times, the city of Rome was known as “the city on seven hills” because there are seven prominent hills that surround the city. So, whatever the whore of Babylon is, we can know that it is somehow connected with Rome. Revelation 17:15 tells us, “Then the angel said to me, "The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages.” The whore of Babylon will have great worldwide influence, over people and nations. Verses 10-14 describe a series of eight and then ten kings who affiliate with the beast. The whore of Babylon will at one time have control over these kings (Revelation 17:18), but at some point the kings will turn on her and destroy her (Revelation 17:16).

So, can the mystery of the whore of Babylon be solved? Yes, at least partially. The whore of Babylon is an evil world system, controlled by the antichrist, during the last days before Jesus’ return. It is somehow connected with Rome, perhaps either centered in Rome – or being a form of revived Roman Empire.

I am really sorry that you keep on looking at the wrong direction when it is blocking your view already from the beginning. Your numerology leads you away from the truth.
7 stands for many in the Old metaphors. 10 stands for authority. You forgot to mention the 10 crowns for each horn. The crown stands for rule or reign.
The Beast is the reverse or the twisted teachings taken from the Old Testament. The number given to the Old Teachings is 9 for its near perfect writings of the words of God. (Since man wrote it for God, it is natural to have a small flaw.). The Religions who made a collection of writings to form the New Testament twisted most the Old Teachings and were made worse by their own interpretations that made the Beast got the numbers 666. It became three 6es when it was seen in Ezekiel 21:27 "Twisted! twisted! twisted it will be! It will not be restored until he comes to whom it will rightfully belongs; to him, I will give it. Open your eyes.

That has nothing to do with the seven heads and the ten horns.

If no one else elaborates on that I will after church tonight.

If you seriously want an answer go to my website:
http://www.kingdom-principles.org and in the fourth column you will find Revelation at the very bottom.
After selecting Revelation, select chapter 16 and read all about it.

This is probably the most serious looking question I think I've seen you ask, but I don't know that much about foreign countries so I can't say if what you say about the presidents is correct or not.

No, the political beast will have 7 dominions and 10 leaders.

Visit the UN web site. They already have the world divided into 7 regions.
