I had been exercising and eating healthy up until about 4 months ago and I gained my weight back and am now at 123 pounds.

I am 4'11 and would like to tone and lose about 20 pounds. My BMI is high and I would like to know how long (with your past experiences and knowledge) it should take for me to lose this weight?

I am eating healthily again, 5-6 small meals a day, drinking a lot of water, jogging up to 3 miles a day with extensive weight training.

I jog every day, but do the weight training every other day.
(I just started about 4 days ago)

Any suggestions? Tips? or answers to my question? Please, all help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

Oh, and I'd also like to include that my jogging consists of stairs too.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Hi, I'm using this program for a month now, it showed me how to burn fat without taking pills or starving myself, I don't have one bad thing to say about it, take a look for self, you can try it and if you're not happy with it they say they refund your money. If you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment Use those equipment while reading and listening songs
