The Out of Sync Child is a great book. I did read the Curious Incident of the Dog at Nighttime about a child with aspergers. Reading that book really opened my eyes and made me push to get him diagnosed and was finally diagnosed with classic autism.

I would recommend Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time. It is written from the autistic view and a real eye opener.
