you might but you are not gona lose fat. you are gona lose muscle and water weight and dramatically slow down your metabolism which will make fat loss in future even harder. plus - you will gain more than lost when start eating normal again.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food

No you definetly will not.
How about the following:
Breakfast-Cheerios (or Natural Cereal) with Free Fat Milk or Water
Lunch-Protein Bar
Around 3 or 4 pm eat vegetables.
GIVE UP the meat for 6 days a week atleast and only eat a small amount of meet on one day. Meat will not be cooperative with your diet unless its sushi.
You also need to put some cardiovascular and abdominal excercises there. Like 2-4 hrs a week.

Also dont eat after 6pm because it increases your chances of keeping the sugar an fat that was in the food, that you ate after that time, are higher.
