find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. You have to arrange a day with your friend within seven weeks. With his help , put the 20 pounds in the boot of your car by 12 pm at night. Make sure no one see you. Slowly drive off. Dont horn or put.Go to the nearest bridge. Have a cigarrette. Look around . Signal your friend to get the 20 pounds. Put it on the bridge rail. Say goodby my 20 pounds. Slowly push it down to the water. Dont look back. Gone is gone

A brisk walk for 30 minutes a day is a good fat burner. Drink fruit smoothies in the morning with prepared oatmeal in them. Housework can burn fat too. Water can give you that full feeling too. Some people can lose fat while they sleep for eight hours. Do any exercise in the morning and you will lose more fat throughout the day. Warm-ups first.

1. excercise 3-4 times a week....biking, hiking, swimming, playing soccer or football, walking (etc) for about 30 minutes to 60 minutes
2. drink more water/milk/juice/gatorade/propel and less soda
3. watch your calorie and carb intake....less junk food, less white carbs like white bread and white rice - use whole wheat/whole grain bread and rice instead
