im 16 i weigh 137 pounds and im 5 foot 7
i was wondering if they was a home remedy,exercise, anything that would help me lose about 20 pounds by june 7th

no diet pills please

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Weird, I am the exact same as you, but I am 21. I just started a new little diet and I do basically the basics. I eat a good breakfast, have a small snack between breakfast and lunch, have lunch, another small snack and the dinner. The snacks are usually fruit or veggies, something like that. Lots and lots of water and fruits and veggies. I go walking/running 3 times a week and so far I am feeling much better. Hope that I can hear about your results!!

i was 105 Kgs two months ago and now I am 90 Kgs. I feel so relieved and comfortable but I sacrificed a lot for it. Just an apple and a cup of coffee or three spoons of cereals in the morning. Lunch shoudl be 1/4th of what you were eating. Dinner should be glass of fresh Juice( Buy a Fresh Juicer ) and that it. YOu will go mad at first two days. Start doing slow walking, increase the speed , slow swimming, do this two hours a day and I bet you will loose 15 Kilos in two months.

So, technically speaking... you are like only 5 pounds off above the LOWEST section of healthy weight... you should range between 133-146... you dont need to lose 20 lbs. So you have a dance or a pool party or somthing? i can give you some tips to drop dress sizes and LOOK 20 pounds thinner...and they are all healthy...and good for you. message me on yahoo if you want help from me still singinggina

Google the Atkins Diet, if you stay in the break in period for until June 7th, you should be able to lose the weight. I would suggest max of 10 carbs per day. If you dont work out or stick with the diet, you will gain it all back fast.

Easy, portion control, ONLY eat the amount on the nutrition label, no more. Consume about 1200 calories a day, of course more healthy than junk, and get some kind of exercise in each day. Really it is the only way, but you are 5'7'' and only 137, please don't feel that is large, in my book it would be PERFECT!!!!! Only do the suggested to be healthy:)

Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, eat 5 really small meals a day, this supposedly speeds up matabolism helping you to shred pounds.
