Not great, Bachelor's do a "low-fat" version but they don't taste very nice.

Really bad, loaded with Carbs, Sugars, MSG, e-numbers, hidden fats, salt etc. Plus they taste like sh*t so are not really worth the effort. Far better to use Sharwood's dried thread egg noodles, a much healthier option and tastier too. Take the same amount of effort to prepare too.
p.s. How come everyone who has truthfully said how unhealthy they are has got a thumbs down?
How is that fair??

Raman noodles are generally bad because they're fried. Instant, cup of soup noodles should be ok, as long as the noodles aren't fried. That adds fat content. Plus the oil could be a type that is not healthy.

instant noodles. if your referring to pot noodles, i think that it is one of the worst things that you can put into your body. out of dry powered mush by pouring in hot water and leaving it for a few minuets you have noodles and chicken bits and sweetcorn and other weird foods. this kind of food is not normal, its nasty and it don't even taste good.

These are really bad for you all the sodium, fat, sugar, MSG, E-NUMBERS and just total rubbish. don't put this rubbish into your body its worth more than that, isn't it. in the long run the wrong foods can lead to type 2 diabetes (sugar diabetes you have to use insulin) and also obeseity.

WAY too much sodium, if you eat the whole package. A lot of MSG, too, I think.
