Try wearing boxing gloves to bed. My mom used to do that to my brother because when he went to bed he wasn't getting much sleep either. You should outgrow that behavior someday.

Because when you sleep too much, you feel even more tired. It happens to me too when I sleep more than 8 hours. Try taking a shower and then following it by a 10 second cold water shower. It really wakes you up and gets your blood circulating.

All the answers are right...you've slept too much. I do that, too and am always tired. Try making yourself get up at the same time each day. That will really help with your sleeping patterns. That's easier said than done, though, but you have to discipline yourself to do it.

In the morning sometimes even though i'm rested it makes your body tired because you probably haven't fully woken up. Stretch, take a shower, do whatever. You'll soon feel awake. If this happens often, you could see a doctor.
Hope I helped!=]

You had too much sleep. This is not a sarcastic answer, it really happens when you sleep too much.
