Depending on how you define it everyone could be called brainwashed.
I find it extremely odd having someone with faith think Mormons are stupid. I can see an atheist call all religions stupid, but why would they single out Mormons either.
The official teachings of the LDS church make perfect sense. They are logical, rewarding, efficient, and will stand the test of time.

Actually you should know that the statistics on our religion is that the more devout a person is, the higher their education and IQ level tends to be.
I have my degree, I've never been forced to believe anything, and I'll simply take your question for mistaken information rather than an insult.

If brainwashing brings about the good that that church has done for its members and others, so be it. I do not think they're stupid; I think they're living as well as they can so as to contribute to society.
