I am also sure that other countries in the Asean+3 regions also have a similar objective. This would be another important reason for us in this forum to maintain the exchange of views and experiences and *to find* a common understanding on the matter and *to find* profitable ways for all of us in achieving our common objective.

You should correct "Asean" for "Asian" and replace first "find" with "set up." Besides, "at this forum" (change preposition)

It is probably easier to read, if you were to rewrite as follows:

This would be another important reason for us in this forum to accomplish the following points:

(1) maintain the exchange of views and experiences
(2) find common understanding on the matter
(3) identify profitable ways for all of us in achieving our common objective.

It makes sense as is, but another way to word it could be "This would be another important reason for us in this forum to maintain the exchange of views and experiences, to find a common understanding on the matter, and to find profitable ways for all of us in achieving our common objective."

But you could also replace the second "find" with maybe "look for" or "discover" etc

I would replace the second 'to find' by to 'look for'.

You need not. In fact it makes the meaning clearer and more emphatic when it is in there.
