I think it's a brilliant question. I wear by best when I go to church, so I think concern about your hair is perfectly acceptable. It's not written in the bible that it's important but neither is dressing up for church. I think Jesus would smile at your humor. He has a sense of humor you know? (Look at a platypus)
To all those who have answered with offended souls and have said unkind things. Please edit your response to something more Christian like or grow a little skin.
Jesus was tormented and crucified and his only response was "Forgive them".

No, you should dye it red. Everyone says that Mary Magdalene had red hair and a lot of people think that Jesus liked her, I mean really liked her, so maybe he prefers red.
But I think the arabs believe that the 12 Imam will come back with Jesus to kill the jews or something, so you might end up covering it up with a burka anyways.
But I think you look great! If Jesus doesn't appreciate it, then he can do like a carpenter and wax his own wood.

I haven't seen Jesus around lately - you sure he is coming? Your hair is the essence of cuteness and beauty - do you think that is that important to Jesus? Or is it the all over head to toe thing that is important to him? Hey, I wouldn't worry about it. Just get ready for that date and your hair will be perfect.

Dahling it's atrocious! Go see my guy, he's simply fabulous. I hear he flies out to the coast every other weekend to do Cameron. His name is, Francois, but pay attention dear this is important. It's not pronounced in the French style. He goes by Fran-coys. Trust me dear, he'll give you a pubic mohawk if you say it wrong, dahling. Anyway, he's right off the strip there in that old looking Victorian with the law offices and that Japanese restaurant that makes the little sushi desserts, they're simply de-vine, you must try them sometime. I went there with Howard and he just RAVED about them, why it was nearly embarrassing. If he wasn't such a sweetums I'd toss him out with the Joshua trees, anyway...

It should be fine. I'm glad he didn't come around in the 80's. I have a feeling he wouldn't have liked spiky hair.
