The Democrats have some tricks up there sleves. on condition that they administration the spending the democrat majority can practice what ever funds they desire. As as for reducing the money conpletely they're at a warfare of words. contained in relation to the Iraqis the in straightforward words those that would keep the Iraqis are Iraqis.

ps...i love the ignoramous that mentions anything about us getting iraq's oil...because if we were able to get iraq's oil i wouldnt be paying over 3 bucks for gas today...and we wouldnt be putting our own money into the iraqi rebuilding...the fact of the matter is, to all you ignorant bleeding heart liberals is that you have it all wrong...
i am not going to say that going into iraq was the greatest decision ever made...but it certainly isnt the dumbest either...iraq should have been handled in one of two ways...bust on in there break a few heads and get the hell out, tell them, we got rid of him you make it right or we will be back...or go in their with a much more solid plan of not letting the insurgency gain such power...
i am not being ignorant by saying...we should incorporate the entirity of the middle east...they apparently cant play fair out there...they have unresloved issues with the west that date as far back as to the 'crusades' in the 1100's...they think that western coulture for some reason holds them down, while its actually their own governments that take take take and never give anything back...and religiously they are still stuck in the middle ages...its like dealing with an angry, poopy diapered infant...we must go in...show who the boss is...and show them that they too can improve themselves greatly by going with us, not rubbing against us...

woah i suggest you really look into this war they took out sadam and now there country is divided in two we are there to keep the peace not randomly kill iraqis however if they have a bomb or a gun or are planing to atack wouldnt you aarest or kill that person that was threating others lives along with yours?

The US Military IS NOT committing genocide in Iraq or Afghanistan. It is the insurgents and taliban
