Time to see a doctor. Many times the clicking noise indicates a problem with the thyroid cartilage or TMJ (Temporomandibular joint syndrome). Make an appointment to see an ENT (ear, nose and throat) doctor. Then you will be able to find out the cause of your clicking and get the proper treatment.
