Can you please translate this into english?
I know there's dictionaries and wesites to translate but they don't make much sense so can an expert at french please help:

It is French wordplay. You can not actually translate it.

It is a 'playful' way to write champignon, mushrooms

I think it means "This wine tastes like swill!"... just kidding... I think it was misspelled and it is actually referring to edible fungi... mushrooms.

Im not sure that actually means anything...
All I know is
Des indicates somethings plural
and nous is 'us'

I assume you mean "des champignons" - it means mushrooms, or "some mushrooms"
