well i have to pay for my school and i am not getting money. point is that i am owe $983 and i need to pay for it before i register for the next semester. i havent had a credit card and i found out that my mom opened an account under my name and never payed for it so thats what i have in the record. know she cant pay for it cause i havent seen her for years but i really need to pay for school. help!please!!

www.orchardbank.com offers high risk credit cards. They have a high interest rate and sometimes an annual fee but they will approve you.

You need to file a FRAUD report against your Mom. Until you deal with the Identity Theft, your school bill is the least of your problems. You don't need a credit card, you need $983. Get a pizza delivery job or work nights at UPS.

I agree with Laverne. You might want to consider contacting the credit bureaus and contesting the account since you did not open it. You may be able to get it removed from your report.

wow. if your mom defaulted on the credit payment, then your credit score may be @ risk. But it never hurts to try. Try Orchard Bank card.
