It depends on how loud you play it, buy I think 2-3 hours is safe. My car automatically shuts off the accessories after a period of time to protect the battery. If your car is newer than 1998, I suspect it will turn itself off.

Hard question to answer. It depends on the radio and what battery you have in the car.
Back in the late 50's and early 60's the radios had tubes in them and used a lot of power. They would run a down a battery. I would think you could get a couple of hours at least with a stock radio system and a good batery, these days.

it actually relies upon on the battery... case in point is it old? what situation? it would have some ineffective cells u dont no approximately. how vast is this batterY? what its cranking amps? whats ur automobile require? and it relies upon which way u turn the biggest reason one way u run ability to alot extra desirable than merely the radio. so there is alot to decide this... I also have a avert that i left the parking lighting fixtures on over 24 hours and it fired ultimate up not one hesitation however the batttery is plenty way way biggger than its ever designed for yet im a mechanic so its executed the final way with meters and fuses and all that non sense. own use in custom truck.

Totally depends on what you have in your car. I have a friend with a totally stock system, and he can listen to it for over a half hour without the battery being dead. However, I have an extremely powerful system, 2 10" type R subs, p6002 rockford fosgate amp, and a 2 farad capacitor, and if I have mine going for any more than 10 seconds, I have to get a jump. Hope this helps!

it depends on the wattage of the system and the condition of your battery. If you are pumping 1000W into 2 ohms I would'nt reccomend playing it longer than ten minutes at moderate volume with a battery in great shape.

it all depends. the rms of the system, the power of your battery.
if ur running 500rms on an optima redtop you should get a longer play time that a 2000rms system with a normal battery
