Are there any faiths that do not include belief in the unprovable?

Buddhism is primarily atheistic in its approach.

Although, they don't have to be atheists. Some Buddhists do accept that there is a higher power. But it is not required.

Buddhists are pretty flexible that way. The one thing I've not yet seen is an aggressive Buddhist (A Fish Called Wanda doesn't count).

no.

religion is - by definition - based on faith..
"ritual observance of faith"

contrary to what others have assumed Buddhism does necessitate a considerable amount of faith (dharma, reincarnation, karma, etc) - in fact The Buddha had a word for faith in his scriptures.. "saddhā"

EDIT:

taoism and shintoism also necessitate faith and belief in the unprovable (as spirits are said to exist in all manner of 'things' they are completely polytheistic)

Judaism doesn't require faith. According to Jewish beliefs, one can be rewarded in the afterlife for doing good deeds, regardless of whether or not one actually believes in the existence of God. In fact, according to Jewish texts, it is easier for a non-Jew to get rewarded.

no..

Even science is not immune to this question. Evolution has to have faith in a theory.

Total proof that is above any and all approach is not present in creation or evolution theories.

I have faith in God, and fact in my heart.
