We both eat about 2,000 calories a day, Maybe more, I eat like nuts, that's why I'm so fat.
I exercise one hour a day, and drink lots of water, but I am still fat.
I am not anorexic or bulimic, and my doctor said I am fine, her doctor also said she is fine.

Okay, your friend is very skinny. Her BMI (body mass index) is 15.6, which is in the 1st-3rd percentile, depending on her birthday. This is way underweight.
As for you...the BMI calculator would not even compute your values because you are so far below the curve. When I put in that you were 13 years old, it allowed me to compute it, and it said that your BMI was 13.5, which is even skinnier than your friend.
Both of you are in the range where you need to seek medical attention.

Nope, you are both pretty skinny! But you are young and will probably get a little larger before you finish high school.
A doctor will tell you women should allow 100 lbs. for 5 feet of height; then about 5 pounds per inch, plus or minus 10 percent, depending on your age Your friend is 5'3". so...
5 feet = 100 lbs, plus
3 inches x 5 lb. = 15 pounds, altogether 115 lb
[ minus 10 % would be 104 lb.]
you are 4'11", so...
100 lbs minus 5 lb [ for one less inch ] is 95 lb.
[ minus 10 % would be 86 lb.]

Your pal is interior the midsection of the wholesome variety. If she needs to substantiate this, verify out the link decrease than - in assessment to a great form of the charts it takes account of her age as nicely as weight and height. in the experience that your pal is apprehensive approximately her weight then perhaps attempt letting her be attentive to if she seems solid on a particular day (no longer commenting on her weight in any respect). If while she has considered contained in direction of the charts that she is the appropriate weight, yet she nonetheless feels she is fat inspire her to bypass to her nearby wellbeing care provider (or is there a college nurse) she will communicate with approximately wholesome eating.

You are BOTH underweight. 5'3" should be at or over 100 pounds to be healthy.
If you really are just young girls and not some idiot wasting time, you are still growing and need food energy to help your body mature.
What you do to it now will affect you adversely when you are an adult... and I mean during pregnancy, menopause, and in your final stages of life.

Both you guys are kinda thin. Total fruit & vegtable diets are not good. Ask a school nurse if you want the real truth not a bunch of wannabe medics

i'm more worried about you than you're friend! You are both scary skinny, but as long as you've seen a doctor and he/she checks you out okay, I'm fine with it. Tell her to get a Yahoo account! Answers rules!
