I am working for a company, the company does not pays me good salary. some times it becomes difficult to run my family.
I often go out for official visits, the company pays me for my travel/food expenses but I show the expenses more in the bill then it is actully costing me so that I make some good money out of it.
is it justified in Islam?

That is kinda like stealing then isn't it? Stealing is not justified in Islam. If u think ur not earning enough then I'd suggest u look for another job.

This is a great question because it is a sin in Christianity and rather than admit it, so many are look for an easy way out with a less truthful religion, the fact remains in this case that in taking this job you have agreed to the set wage and hard as it is to accept, you are morally wrong in taking more than was agreed.
I sympathize with your struggle to keep your family on this money,but the only answer is to look for a better paid job.

It is never justified period. Honest men would never justify it and God will never justify cheating and lying.

dude, ask for a raise already. I'm not a muslim but that is not kosher in any faith or lack thereof.
