Hey there everyone,
I have for about 3 days now had a habit of excersiving and leading a good healthy life. BUT is it Healthy enough to do?
I wake up in the morning go for a 30 minute walk, then I would have a fruit smoothy ( no sugar) then walk to school, then for lunch I have either pasta salad or chicken wrap, then I do 1 hour of push up excersive ( I also enjoy a chocolate mil during lunch) Then I walk home have a yogart then dinner, then for for 1 hour walk at 6. I come back and have one more yogart and a fruit smoothie. Then drink 8 glasses of water aday. I would also have the odd 3 bread sticks and carrots with dip.

Is this a healthy life style?
I feel stringer and greater... but is this right?

To be honest i think you could do with eating more fruit and veg. It sounds to me like your on the right track and the walking will really help keep the pounds off you..... Don't just eat the same thing every day,eat a wide range of diffrent foods and also try and eat a bit more,5-6 small meals a day is what we are meant to eat.

You probably should not have a fruit smoothie so early in the day. The fruit in the smoothie will have sugar and can leave you feeling tired mid say. Save it for right after a work out. The chicken is ok but the pasta is starchy and higher in carbs. I would stay away from the chocolate milk or use a sugar free mix with skim milk. But this is my opinion if you are trying to lose weight. If you are satisfied with your weight this seems pretty balanced to me. I might add some nuts and grains.

No.
Watch those fruit smoothies-they have lots of hidden sugars.
Pasta salad is a lot of empty carbs. Chicken wrap is better if it has veggies in it, and not much sauce.
Yogurt for a snack is good IF its low calorie or small portion
[100 caloriries or less].
So where are the protein and veggies in this plan? the whole grains? the vitamins?
There are so many vitamin deficiencies here I won't even start.
Look up your calorie and RDAs for your age and weight
and plan your healthy diet from that.

From a fitness professional point of view, I know that everyone is different. During my coursework, I reviewed different criterias, but in real life, with real individuals, our bodies are different. This isnt a one size fits all world. If you feel better great. I would definately switch my nutritional program if I were you, yogart and breadsticks are not that great alone. Add some meat.

Sounds like a good plan with a mix of exercise and nutritious foods. One recommendation I would make is to be sure that the dairy you are taking in is low-fat...other than that the most important thing is to keep it up and don't get frustrated if you lapse for a day or two. Any activity is better than none!

I am not a specialist, but I think you walk too much. When do you do your homework? Try to walk only for 30 min in the evening, or do something else, like play a basketball game with your friends. Walking by yourself is not a lot of fun. If you drink all that water, try to drink (at least half of it) mineral water.
You eat too much in the evening.
In the rest, I think it's ok.
