this girl i know got kicked out of her fiancee's place by her fiancee over some argument, she got proposed to 5 months ago but her fiancee was thinking of "kicking her butt to the curb" within that month because they argued over something,
he tends to be a big flirt with me and other co-workers even when he was living with his fiancee and he even went as far as touching some butts at work ,like it was nothing, i dont know his fiancee at all, but i heard she is beautiful , he kicked her out and now he regrets it and wants her back, what would you do if you were her?
maybe she flirts too?..

Doesn't sound like either one is ready for marriage...the maturity of both of these people is way too low to even think of getting married...I suggest she stay away from him and he the same with her...him getting married will not stop his wandering eyes or hands...

Be as honest as possible.
But beware of the backlash.
Girl's tend to think that because their guy is flirting with you, that you're after them! Oh the drama.
He'll eventually take her back, and she'll find out he's a dog soon enough (hopefully).

First off he doesn't appreciate her.. if they have an "open relationship" type of life style then it's one thing. If they are not that type of couple then she should stay gone. Not worth her time.
